We review all memberships periodically to see if customers fulfil the prerequisites to stay at Gold or Silver status. Should your trading volume fulfil this, you will automatically remain at Gold or Silver status.

Our fast-track checks trading activity once a month for users who might become eligible for Gold or Silver status. BEST VIP level is checked on a daily basis.
