The following terms and conditions (“General Terms”) govern the rules for participating in the promotion “Bitpanda Advent Calendar 2025“ (“Promotion”) of Bitpanda GmbH, with registered office in Stella-Klein-Löw-Weg 17, A-1020 Vienna (“Bitpanda”) and the resulting legal relationship between Bitpanda and Bitpanda Clients participating in the Promotion (“Participant” as defined in Section 3 or “you”).
The Bitpanda Advent Calendar 2025 Promotion consists of a series of daily mini-promotions (each, a “Mini-Promotion” and each, subject to Mini Terms, respectively) held throughout the Promotion Period. Each Mini-Promotion offers Participants the chance to win individual prizes, while the overall Bitpanda Advent Calendar 2025 Promotion under these General Terms encompasses all daily draws. These General Terms establish the overarching conditions of participation, whereas specific Mini Terms govern each Mini-Promotion.
Please be advised, participating in the Promotion shall constitute your unconditional acceptance to be bound by any and all of the terms of these General Terms and the relevant Mini Terms. The Bitpanda Terms already agreed to by the Participant, in particular the Bitpanda User Agreement and the E-Token Terms in their current version, continue to apply.
Any language version is a referential translation of the original English version of these Terms. In the case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements below and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.

2. Promotion Period
This campaign begins on 1st of December, 2025, at 00:00 (CET) and ends on 24th of December, 2025, at 23:59 (CET) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility and Entry
Unless otherwise specified, entry is open to fully verified and registered Bitpanda Clients (“Participant”) who (a) meet all the entry criteria described in these Terms,
(b) are not resident in a country or territory where the Promotion is not available*, (c) take part in one or more of the Mini-Promotions of the Bitpanda Advent Calendar within the Promotion Period on Bitpanda Broker** and comply with the relevant Mini Terms (each a “Mini Promotion Participation”).
(d) expressly opt in* either via email or through In-App Stories during the Promotion Period.
(e) accept these General Terms.
*Failure to opt in within this Promotion Period will result in no entries being granted, even if the Participant has otherwise met the eligibility requirements and/or completed the qualifying entry conditions.
The following natural or legal persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
(a) persons performing market making services or any similar services as well as institutional investors,
(b) Bitpanda Technology Solutions users,
(c) employees and the immediate family members of such employees of Bitpanda or its affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, advertising agencies, and any company involved in the creation, production, or fulfilment of the Promotion.
*Please note that - due to regulatory requirements - the Mini-Promotions are not available to users in certain restricted jurisdictions as specified in the relevant Mini Terms).
**Each Mini Promotion Participation in one of the 24 Mini-Promotions grants you one entry in this Promotion. In total (if you enter all Mini-Promotions), you can get 24 entries.
With no prejudice to the relevant Mini Terms, by participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements below and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.
4. Prizes, Winner Selection and Notification
After the Promotion Period has ended, 1 (one) Participant will be selected according to the following criteria (the “Winner”) and will win a paid trip* for two and two tickets to the Super Bowl, on February 8th 2026, in California (“Prize”).
Each Mini Promotion Participation grants you one entry. So, in total (if you enter all promotions), you can get up to 24 entries.
Following the end of the Promotion Period, the entries will be drawn at random until 1 (one) unique Winner is selected.
*The trip will include the following.
(i) a pre-arranged accommodation for 3 (three) nights (1 room for 2 people) Friday, 6th February to Monday, 9th of February. (Please note: Bitpanda reserves the right to choose the accommodation.)
(ii) round trip economy-class flight tickets to San Francisco, California, United States and back, which are selected and booked by Bitpanda. (Please note: Bitpanda reserves the right to select the flights. Any changes, upgrades, or special requests are the responsibility and cost of the Winner. The Winner will have to provide the necessary contact details and information to Bitpanda for completing the booking).
Please note: The Winner must take care of the remaining travel arrangements themselves, e.g. applying for a visa, travel insurance (if necessary), all travel expenses (other than the flight tickets mentioned under point (ii) above) etc.
Only Bitpanda Clients who (i) meet all the requirements described in section 3 and (ii) were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by Bitpanda in accordance with section 5 are eligible to be selected as Winners.
The Participant, who is declared the Winner in accordance with this section will be notified via email to the email address they have stated in their Bitpanda Client Account. The Winner will be notified about the Prize and instructions on ticket delivery within 14 days after the draw. The Prize will then be distributed directly by Bitpanda; The Winner will receive an email with further instructions to access the tickets from Bitpanda. In the event, a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours after several attempts from Bitpanda or refuses the Prize, the potential Winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate Winner may be selected. Bitpanda assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails. If no tickets have been received 2 weeks before the relevant event, the Winner should contact Bitpanda. All potential winners are subject to verification by Bitpanda.
The awarded tickets cannot be redeemed for cash or resold. There will be no replacement for tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. No replacement of flight tickets (e.g. in case of cancellation etc.).
5. Disqualification
Bitpanda reserves the right to disqualify a Participant it suspects or finds (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, (ii) to be acting in collusion with other Participants aimed at manipulating or disrupting the Promotion, (iii) to be acting in violation of these General Terms or the respective Mini Terms, (iv) or in breach of any other applicable terms and conditions of Bitpanda, its subsidiaries, or (v) to have provided inaccurate information.
Disqualified Participants will not be entitled to become a Winner or win any other Prize under this Promotion or under the Mini-Promotions.
Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of laws, and should such an attempt be made, Bitpanda reserves the right to seek damages from any such Bitpanda Client or individual.
Bitpanda is not responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and may disqualify a participant if the email address of the Bitpanda Client is not valid.
6. Bitpanda’s liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bitpanda be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
Bitpanda is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Football League (NFL). Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise specified. However, Bitpanda reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any part thereof, with an item of equal or greater value if there are objective reasons to do so. The NFL and its partners may impose additional terms governing entry to and attendance at the Super Bowl (“Event”). Bitpanda shall not be responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the Event. Participation in this Promotion is at the Winner’s own risk. NFL may impose its own additional conditions for the receipt and redemption of the Prize, for which Bitpanda assumes no responsibility or liability.
Bitpanda reserves the right, without any prior notice or compensation to you, to suspend, cancel, postpone or modify the Promotion, at any time, for any reason whatsoever. You do not have any legal claim against Bitpanda arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
7. Data protection and Taxes
All data processing at Bitpanda in relation to this Promotion is carried out on the basis of the contractual obligation and legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters b and f of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for the purpose of establishing the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the Promotion.

This Promotion will begin on 24th of December 2025, 00:00 (CET) and end on 24th of December 2025, 23:59 (CET) (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility and Entry:
Entry is open to fully verified and registered Bitpanda Clients (“Participant”) who
(a) meet all the requirements described in these Terms,
(b) are not resident in a country or territory where the Promotion is not available*,
(c) during the Mini-Promotion Period execute a qualifying purchase transaction* amounting to no less than EUR 10 in Bitcoin (BTC) via the Bitpanda Broker
(d) explicitly opt in* either via email or through in-app stories from 24 November 2025 to 24 December 2025.
(e) accept these Terms.
*Each qualifying purchase transaction can only be used once to enter the Mini-Promotion. This means that even if you make the same type of qualifying purchase transaction multiple times, only the first one will count as an entry for that specific Mini-Promotion. Any additional or repeated attempts using the same qualifying action will not generate extra entries.
*Failure to opt in within this period will result in no entries being granted, even if the participant has otherwise met the eligibility requirements and/or completed qualifying buy trades.
New Bitpanda users will be required to sign up and register, complete the identity verification process and deposit funds into a new Bitpanda account in order to participate.
The following natural or legal persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
(a) persons performing market making services or any similar services as well as institutional investors,

Any volume generated by the Participant prior to participating in this Promotion will not be taken into account and will not count towards purchase volume calculations. Any purchase volume generated outside of the Bitpanda Broker will not be taken into account., L-Token and Bitpanda Crypto Indices are excluded from this Promotion.
4. Prizes, Winner Selection and Notification
After the Promotion Period has ended, one Participant will be selected according to the criteria set out below (“Winner”) and will be awarded a prize (“Prize”). The amount received per Prize is determined by the market value according to the asset/EUR trading pair on Bitpanda at the time of transfer to the Winners.
Raffle:
A Participant who meets the eligibility and entry criteria (as described above) is eligible to be entered into the Raffle (“Raffle Entry”) and to win a Prize of 1 Bitcoin (BTC). Raffle Entries (including CHF-Entries) will be drawn at random until 1 (One) unique Participant is selected. 1 Winner for the Raffle will be awarded with a Prize of 1 (one) BTC.
No substitution or cash equivalent of the Prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted. The value of crypto assets is subject to change, and there can be a substantial risk that it could lose value (potentially all value) as a result of buying, selling, or holding the Prize.
Only Bitpanda Clients who (i) meet all the requirements described in section 3 and (ii) were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by Bitpanda in accordance with section 5 are eligible.
Bitpanda will strive to transfer the Prizes to the respective Participants by January 31st, 2026. The transfer may be delayed and Bitpanda shall not be liable for any losses arising out of or in connection with a late transfer (e.g. losses due to price changes).
The Prizes will be credited directly to the Participants’ respective Bitpanda Broker wallet.
Participants, who are declared Winners in accordance with this section will be notified accordingly via email to the email address they have stated in their Bitpanda Client Account. In the event a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or refuses the Prize, the potential Winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate Winner may be selected. 6. Limitation of Liability

A Participant who meets the eligibility and entry criteria (as described above) is eligible to be entered into the Raffle (“Raffle Entry”) and to win a Prize of EUR 500 worth of Solana (SOL). Raffle Entries (including CHF-Entries) will be drawn at random until 10 (Ten) unique Participants are selected. 10 Winners for the Raffle will be awarded, each of them with a Prize of EUR 500 (or CHF for CHF-Entries) worth of SOL.

This Mini-Promotion will begin on 15th of December, 2025, 00:00 (CET) and end on 15th of December 2025, 23:59 (CET) (“Mini-Promotion Period”).

Entry is open to fully verified and registered Bitpanda Clients (“Participant”) who
(a) meet all the requirements described in these Mini-Terms,

4. Prizes, Winner Selection and Notification
After the Promotion Period has ended, 1 (one) Participant will be selected according to the following criteria (“Winner”) and will win a trip for two to join AC Milan for an exclusive Milanello Day training experience, plus 2 tickets to a home match at San Siro* (“Prize”).
A Participant who meets the eligibility and entry criteria (as described above) is eligible to be entered into the raffle (“Raffle Entry”) and to win the Prize. Raffle Entries will be drawn at random until 1 (one) unique Participant is selected.

Participants who are declared Winners in accordance with this section will be notified via email to the email address they have stated in their Bitpanda Client Account. In the event a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 48 hours after several attempts from Bitpanda, or refuses the Prize, the potential Winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate Winner may be selected. The awarded tickets cannot be redeemed for cash or resold. There will be no replacement for tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. No replacement of flight tickets (e.g., in case of cancellation, etc.).
5. Disqualification
Bitpanda reserves the right to disqualify a Participant it suspects or finds (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, (ii) to be acting in collusion with other Participants aimed at manipulating or disrupting the Promotion, (iii) to be acting in violation of these Terms, (iv) or in breach of any other applicable terms and conditions of Bitpanda, its subsidiaries, or (v) to have provided inaccurate information.

A Participant who meets the eligibility and entry criteria (as described above) is eligible to be entered into the Raffle (“Raffle Entry”) and to win a Prize of EUR 1000 worth of BTC. Raffle Entries will be drawn at random until 10 (Ten) unique Participants are selected. 10 Winners for the Raffle will be awarded, each of them with a Prize of EUR 1000 worth of BTC.
No substitution or cash equivalent of the Prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted. The value of crypto-assets is subject to change, and there can be a substantial risk that it could lose value (potentially all value) as a result of buying, selling, or holding the Prize.

This means that even if you make the same type of qualifying purchase transaction multiple times, only the first one will count as an entry for that specific Mini-Promotion. Any additional or repeated attempts using the same qualifying action will not generate extra entries.
**Failure to opt in within this period will result in no entries being granted, even if the Participant has otherwise met the eligibility requirements and/or completed qualifying conditions.
New Bitpanda users will be required to sign up and register, complete the identity verification process and deposit funds into a new Bitpanda account in order to participate.
The following natural or legal persons are not eligible to enter the Promotion:
(a) persons performing market making services or any similar services as well as institutional investors,
(b) Bitpanda Technology Solutions users,
(c) employees and the immediate family members of such employees of Bitpanda or its affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, advertising agencies, and any company involved in the creation, production, or fulfillment of the Promotion.
*Please note that - due to regulatory requirements - Bitpanda Mini-Promotions are not available to Participants in certain restricted jurisdictions.
Any volume generated by the Participant prior to participating in this Mini-Promotion will not be taken into account and will not count towards purchase volume calculations. Any purchase volume generated outside of the Bitpanda Broker will not be taken into account. L-Token and Bitpanda Crypto Indices are excluded from this Mini-Promotion.
4. Prizes, Winner Selection and Notification
After the Mini-Promotion Period has ended, one (1) Participant will be selected according to the criteria set out below (“Winner”) and will be awarded a prize (“Prize”). Following the end of the Mini-Promotion Period, the entries will be drawn at random until 1 (one) unique Winner is selected. The Prize will consist in a trip* for two persons to enjoy a 1-hour private coaching session with Grand Slam champion Dominic Thiem, including 2 VIP tickets for ATP Kitzbühel (“Prize”).
*The trip will include the following:
(i) pre-arranged accommodation for 2 (two) nights (1 room for 2 people). (Please note: Bitpanda reserves the right to choose the accommodation.) (ii) round-trip travel to Kitzbühel, Austria, selected and booked by Bitpanda. (Please note: Bitpanda reserves the right to select the mode of transport and schedules. Changes or special requests are the responsibility of the Winner. The Winner will have to provide the necessary contact details and information to Bitpanda for completing the booking.) (iii) A 1-hour private coaching session with Grand Slam champion Dominic Thiem for two people, organised by Bitpanda and/or Dominic Thiem’s team. (iv) 2 VIP tickets for ATP Kitzbühel.
Please note: The Winner must take care of the remaining travel arrangements themselves, e.g. applying for a visa, travel insurance (if necessary), all travel expenses (other than the travel to Kitzbühel mentioned under point (ii) above) etc.
Only Bitpanda Clients who (i) meet all the requirements described in section 3 and (ii) were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by Bitpanda in accordance with section 5 are eligible to be selected as Winners.
Participants who are declared Winners in accordance with this section will be notified via email to the email address they have stated in their Bitpanda Client Account. The Winner will be notified about the Prize and instructions regarding the experience within 14 days after the draw. The Prize will then be distributed directly by Bitpanda; the Winner will receive an email with further instructions from Bitpanda. In the event a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours after several attempts from Bitpanda, or refuses the Prize, the potential Winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate Winner may be selected. Bitpanda assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails. If any information has not been received 2 weeks before the relevant experience, the Winner should contact Bitpanda. All potential winners are subject to verification by Bitpanda.
The awarded experience cannot be redeemed for cash or resold. There will be no replacement for elements of the experience that are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged. No replacement of travel arrangements (e.g., in case of cancellation, etc.).
5. Disqualification
Section 5 of the General Terms applies mutatis mutandis to these Mini Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bitpanda be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with the Mini-Promotion.
Bitpanda is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dominic Thiem or ATP Kitzbühel. Tickets are non-transferable, unless otherwise specified. However, Bitpanda reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any part thereof, with an item of equal or greater value if there are objective reasons to do so. Dominic Thiem or ATP Kitzbühel and its partners may impose additional terms governing entry to and attendance and their respective events. Bitpanda shall not be responsible for any cancellation, postponement, or alteration of the events. Participation in this Mini-Promotion is at the Winner’s own risk.
Bitpanda reserves the right, without any prior notice or compensation to you, to suspend, cancel, postpone or modify the Mini-Promotion, at any time, for any reason whatsoever. You do not have any legal claim against Bitpanda arising out of or in connection with this Mini-Promotion.
7. Privacy and Taxes
All data processing at Bitpanda in relation to this Promotion is carried out on the basis of the contractual obligation and legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letters b and f of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for the purpose of establishing the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the Promotion.

Bitpanda is not responsible for data processing that takes place upon using services offered by Dominic Thiem, ATP Kitzbühel, the accommodation and / or the relevant transportation company. Participants are solely responsible for any/all applicable taxes related to the Prize. Potential Winner should consult a tax advisor to determine tax implications in accepting any Prize.
