Curve is a DeFi project that was launched in 2020 and provides a decentralised exchange for stablecoin trading based on an automated market maker (AMM). The project also has a DAO that uses a tool named Aragon for connecting multiple smart contracts using funds deposited by users to boost liquidity. Curve’s in-house token, CRV, is awarded to users based on the duration of their ownership and liquidity commitment, and is used for governance purposes in the network.
