1. General
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules for participating in the Vision November Trading Competition (“Competition”) held by Bitpanda GmbH, with registered office in Stella-Klein-Löw Weg 17, A-1020 Vienna (“Bitpanda”) to advertise the introduction of Bitpanda Club and the resulting legal relationship between Bitpanda and Bitpanda Clients participating in the Competition (“Participant” as defined in section 3 or “you”).
Please be advised that participating in the Competition shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of being bound by any and all of the terms of these TC. Bitpanda terms already agreed to, in particular Bitpanda User Agreement and E-Token Terms in their current versions apply.
Any language version is a referential translation of the original English version of these Terms. In the case of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
By participating in the Competition, you represent and warrant you meet the eligibility requirements below and acknowledge that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in your disqualification.

2. Competition Period
This Competition begins on 4th of November, 2025, at 00:00 (CET) and ends on 16th of November, 2025, at 23:59 (CET) (“Competition Period”).
3. Eligibility and Entry
Unless otherwise specified, entry is open to fully verified and registered Bitpanda Clients (“Participants”) who(a) meet all entry criteria described in these Terms and accept these Terms;(b) are registered on Bitpanda Broker;(c) trade the Vision Token (VSN) on Bitpanda Broker during the Competition Period;
(d) are not resident in a country or territory where the Promotion is not available* and(e) satisfy one of the following conditions: • Trading Competition: be among the three (3) Participants with the highest combined net VSN buy volume (total VSN purchases minus total VSN sales) during the Competition Period to receive two (2) VIP tickets to Arsenal F.C. vs FC Bayern München on Nov 26, 2025, including flights and accommodation; or • Raffle: have a combined net VSN buy volume (total VSN purchases minus total VSN sales) of at least fifty euros (€50) during the Competition Period to qualify for the random draw of three (3) winners, each receiving two (2) General Admission (GA) tickets to Arsenal F.C. vs FC Bayern München on Nov 26, 2025.
The following natural or legal persons are not eligible to enter the Trading Competition
(a) persons performing market making services or any similar services as well as institutional investors,
(b) Bitpanda Technology Solutions users,
(c) employees and the immediate family members of such employees of Bitpanda or its affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, advertising agencies, and any company involved in the creation, production, or fulfilment of the Trading Competition,
*Please note that - due to regulatory requirements - Bitpanda Promotions are not available to users in certain restricted jurisdictions (Bitpanda Clients with residence in Italy, in Hungary, in Turkey and in the UK). This communication is not intended for users/countries where restrictions apply.
Any volume generated by the Participant prior to participating in this Competition or outside of the Bitpanda Broker (e.g., transactions on Bitpanda Fusion) will not be taken into account and will not count towards purchase volume calculations. Opening/closing Bitpanda Leverage positions (L-Token), opening or closing margin trading positions and investing in Bitpanda Crypto Indices or Bitpanda Cash Plus are excluded from this Promotion and will not be taken into account. For the avoidance of doubt, M-Tokens do not constitute crypto-assets and therefore will also not be taken into account.
4. Prizes, Winner Selection and Notification
Trading competition
After the Competition Period has ended, 3 (three) Participants will be selected according to the following criteria (“Winners”) and win 2 (two) VIP tickets each to Arsenal F.C. vs. FC Bayern München on the 26.11.25 in London, including flights and accommodation (“Prize”).
The three (3) Participants with the highest combined net VSN buy volume (total VSN purchases minus total VSN sales) during the Competition Period to receive two (2) VIP tickets to Arsenal F.C. vs FC Bayern Munich on Nov 26, 2025, as well as flights and accommodation.
Winners will be notified by November 21 at the latest.
Tickets will be delivered digitally via email.
Raffle
After the Competition Period has ended, 3 (three) Participants will be randomly selected according to the following criteria (“Winners”) and win GA tickets to Arsenal F.C. vs. FC Bayern München on the 26.11.25 in London (“Prize”).
Users who have a combined net VSN buy volume (total VSN purchases minus total VSN sales) of at least fifty euros (€50) during the Competition Period to qualify for the random draw of three (3) winners, each receiving two (2) General Admission (GA) tickets to Arsenal F.C. vs FC Bayern Munich on Nov 26. 2025.
Winners will be notified by November 21 at the latest
Tickets will be delivered digitally via email.
Only Bitpanda Clients who (i) meet all the requirements described in section 3 and were not, for whatever reason, disqualified by Bitpanda in accordance with section 5 are eligible to be selected as Winners.
Participants who are declared Winners in accordance with this section will be notified by Bitpanda via email using the contact details provided in their Bitpanda Account. The Winners will be notified about the Prize and instructions on ticket delivery until November 21. The Prize will then be distributed directly by Bitpanda via the Customer Success Management Team; the Winner will receive an email with further instructions to access the ticket. In the event a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or refuses the Prize, the potential Winner will be disqualified without further notice and an alternate Winner may be selected. Bitpanda assumes no responsibility for undeliverable emails. If any tickets have not been received five days before the relevant event, the Winner should contact Bitpanda. All potential winners are subject to verification by Bitpanda.
The awarded tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or resold. Additionally, there will be no replacements for tickets that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged.
5. Disqualification
Bitpanda reserves the right to disqualify a Participant it suspects or finds (i) to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Competition, (ii) to be acting in collusion with other Participants aimed at manipulating or disrupting the Competition, (iii) to be acting in violation of these Terms, (iv) or in breach of any other applicable terms and conditions of Bitpanda, its subsidiaries, or (v) to have provided inaccurate information.
Disqualified Participants will not be entitled to become a Winner or win any other Prize under this Trading Competition.
Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Trading Competition is a violation of laws, and should such an attempt be made, Bitpanda reserves the right to seek damages from any such Bitpanda Client or individual.
Bitpanda is not responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and may disqualify a participant if the contact information of the Bitpanda Client is not valid.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bitpanda be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with the Competition.
As the organizer, Arsenal Holdings plc may impose its own additional conditions for the receipt and redemption of the Prize, for which Bitpanda assumes no responsibility or liability.
Bitpanda reserves the right, without any prior notice or compensation to you, to suspend, cancel, postpone or modify the Competition, at any time, for any reason whatsoever. You do not have any legal claim against Bitpanda arising out of or in connection with this Competition.
7. Privacy and Taxes
All data processing at Bitpanda in relation to this Competition is carried out on the basis of the contractual obligation and legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b and f of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) for the purpose of establishing the legal relationship with the participant and for the subsequent implementation and processing of the Trading Competition.

Participants are solely responsible for any/all applicable taxes related to the Prize. Potential Winners should consult a tax advisor to determine tax implications in accepting any Prize.
