SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT: C-TOKENS

Bitcoin acquisition, holding and termination is enabled through the use of C-Tokens. C-Tokens are financial derivative contracts concluded between the Customer and Bitpanda in relation to crypto assets as underlying assets. C-Tokens represent the economic development of the underlying asset on which they are based. The economic performance is made up of the market value.

Derivative contracts, as C-Tokens, are intermediated by Bitpanda Financial Services.
