All Bitpanda team members work in our beautiful new Bitpanda HQ, located in the heart of Vienna. The exact location will be shared with you in the interview invitation.
We also have office hotspots in 8 cities across Europe: Berlin, Barcelona, Dublin, Krakow, London, Madrid, Milan and Amsterdam.

Besides our preferred core hours, we’re pretty flexible. You can schedule your own workdays, come later or leave earlier, as long as you meet deadlines and are here when your team needs you.

Apply and upload your CV, cover letter, and you can always provide us with cool work samples that you’ve shaped which you’re proud of! This can be your design portfolio, code, apps, content you’ve created, or projects you were involved in. This is your time to stand out! But be sure to pay attention to the job description and apply for the roles that you’re specifically interested in and which align with your experience.

Always come prepared. As a first step in the process, you'll have a phone or video interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners to chat about the role, who you are, and your experience. The goal of this step is to get to know you better. The second step is an interview with the team lead or team members. The final round is usually an interview day and involves meeting multiple people and often one of our C-level members, giving you a chance to get to know us better.

Yes. We are an international company with multiple hubs across Europe. We have all the tools and tech in place to host remote-first interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

As an international company with over 50 nationalities, our company's working language is English. If we have specific language requirements outside of business-level proficient English, it will be stated in the job description.

Yes, we do offer remote work. We have a remote-first Blockchain Research & Development Hub, focused on building state-of-the-art technologies.

It is not a requirement to know a lot about crypto. However, we expect a certain interest in crypto (private or professional) or a willingness to learn more.
